What you can do is write a letter to the local newspaper editor. Show up to the city council meetings and speak up and then show up to the next, and the next, and the next. Email and call the city workers, email and call the city workers again, and again, and again. Have your water softener serviced to be sure its working correctly. Look into a reverse osmosis systems for your home and other bottled water delivery options. No, it's not fair that we have to pay for this but the safety of my family is number one at this point as it should be for everyone.
